Our 15 years in the business means that we have successfully solved many different issues, including coordinating multi-truck jobs, difficult pumping sites and conditions, permitting, insurance requirements, and so much more.
Because we understand that pumping often takes place before normal business hours, we are always available to our customers via 24-hour cell phone. Our customers can rest easy knowing that we are available to answer questions and resolve unexpected issues.
We understand that our customers’ time is valuable, and will gladly put them on a regular pumping schedule, be it daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually. There is no need to remember to call us, we call our customers to get approval, get the job done and mail or email the invoice.
Our efficient office staff works 7 days a week to make doing business with us easy for our customers. We can usually provide same-day quotes for customers who need to submit bids. We also make invoicing and payment easy and efficient by customizing our practices to meet each customer’s needs. We accept payment via cash, check and credit card, including government purchase card.
Residential Services
At Aqua Pumping LLC, we have worked hard to build an industry-leading, locally owned company with long-standing customer relationships. As an adjunct to our pumping service, we also provide aeration service to churn up the solidified sludge that accumulates on cesspools bottoms. Pumping
We provide wastewater pumping service for black and gray water from cesspools, septic tanks, lift stations, portable toilets and other holding containers. Wastewater is disposed of into city-designated dumpsites located around the island of Oahu.
Aeration
We provide aeration service to churn up the solidified sludge that can accumulate on cesspools bottoms. The churned sludge is then pumped out along with the liquids. This requires two trucks and is a separate charge.
